Tuckerbilt® T-644

The Tuckerbilt® T-644 is engineered for unmatched power, precision, and reliability, making it the backbone of operations in precast and prestressed concrete plants. Built to handle demanding workflows with ease, the T-644 delivers the performance and durability users count on day after day. It features a hopper-mounted Tier IV engine, a longer chute with higher reach, and an enclosed climate-controlled cab.

Advantages

Service Access

The engine and hydraulics on the rear of the hopper act as a counterweight all while providing simplified access for repairs and maintenance.

Operator Cab

The enclosed pressurized and climate-controlled cab offers the operator a quiet and safe work environment that exceeds all regulatory requirements for air quality under the OSHA silica rule and MSHA air quality regulations.

Camera System

A rear-mounted radar and back-up camera combined with two side-facing cameras improve operator awareness and ensures the safety of the ground crew.

Auger Cover Doors

The auger cover doors incorporate a seal to eliminate leakage, therefore reducing clean up when the work is done. Integrated safety sensors stop the auger if a cover door is opened.
