Tuckerbilt® T-630 Leak Proof Auger Bearing, Bushing Replacement:

Remove Bushing Housing from rear of Auger.  Leave Auger in T-630.

Split the inside of bushing with a chisel.  Tap bushing up and out.  Gently chisel around top of bearing to remove hardened concrete.  Lubricate bearing to free up.

Remove excess build up from inside (below left). Tapered Line up nose (below center) may be found in bottom. It is no longer needed and may be discarded.  Clean shaft surface and re-use if possible.

Install New Bushing. An press actually works best.
